I've heard the powerdvd 9 has lots of problems.May be you can try WinDVD9.

WinDVD 2010 isn't very as user friendly compared to PowerDVD 9. After spending some time tonight, I am unable to play any files inside my AVCHD folders... I need to do more research...

I meant to say that u need to copy the everything u unzip into the root directory of the USB memory - mainly the UPG folder.
