Dunce hing, much agreed with what you said and that's why question asked.
Recently, I have upgraded my int. amp (Creek Destiny 2) & speakers (PMC 22)
and found the current Stello dac220 (used several years/linked up with old Meridien CD turntable 200)
inadequate, especially in handling large scale sypmhonies.
This old Stello dac220 is warm, musical & detailed, not bad indeed.
I wonder if switching to higher level dac like Atoll dac200 or North Star dac32
or April Music Eximus DP1, would possibly make greater progress in sound quality,
particularly, offering more livelier and another level of detailed (clear & precise) sounding ?
Appreciate it for your opinions esp. Atoll dac200 matching with my system.
P.s. Atoll dac 200 priced 17k too close to North Star dac32 at about 18-19k.
Do you think dac32 has better dollar value ?
ckw3031 hing, thanks for your opinions !
