220~240V等於這機是在230V电壓下調校。
可在220~240V电壓下使用。最佳工作电壓當然是230V。 ...

I "think" he is adjust the internal circuit only by + or - some resistance;
it is impossible for him to change the whole牛牛 from 230v to 220v because all the product are made in France!!!
