doordoor999 hing, I thought you sold your OPPO.  Anyway, just copy the whole AVCHD folder to your FAT32 HDD.  AVCHD must be all cap.

You need to resize your video to 720p.  To do this you need to :
1. Highlight your video clip under the Media tab.
2. Click Properties.  A properties window will pop-up.
3. Click Transcode on the properties window.
4. Select the Resize and Uncrop to.  (Hints:  Play with the Resize and Uncrop to settings so that the Uncrop to is set to, in your case, 1280x720 while the preview image on the right doesn't look distorted (wrong aspect ratio).

The whole process will take hours because of transcoding.  The actual time will depend on your CPU.
