1.Drag different movies folders into MultiAVCHD.
2. Remove the titles you don't need.
3. enable menu setting so that you can access the movies easily.

You can put up to 252 movies/titles in a AVCHD folder.

I have tried this last night. It worked fine. However, with this method, I must ripped/ edit the movies in MultiAVCHD all at the same time.

What happens if I use MultiAVCHD a number of times for diff movies. Do I just copy & paste into the AVCHD folder?

You cannot just copy and paste to the AVCHD.  You have to author to AVCHD using either tsMuxer or multiavchd.  
Let me give you an example :
Let’s say you have 2 movies, a and b, and want to author to avchd
1st method
     Author both movies to AVCHD at the same time.
2nd method
     Author  movie a first, and then drag the mpl files from the authored AVCHD and movie b to AVCHD using MutliAvchd.   The mpl files are in AVCHD\BDMV\PLAYLIST.  You only need the file with the “00” at the beginning of the name.   Do not add the file that has “014” at the beginning of the name because it is the menu and it will cause error to the program.

Gio hing,

Have you installed AviSynth, ffdshow and Haali Media Splitter?
Also, some modes don't support menu.  Make sure you use PS3 mode.
