My AV AMP should be fine as I unplug the XPA-5 and  use back 805 AMP, all speakers are working fine. It seems the problem is on the XPA-5. However, it shows that the protect circuit activates randomly on each individual channel, it is hard to identify the single problem.

You have to set every input using 12v trigger not only one input

    yes...thanks..i did it for my 81 and xpa-5.   now every input ok for 12v trigger on.

  For pioneer 81 users, please go to setup menu and select input setup, then you can activate 12v trigger on for every input one by one.  Enjoy

    個大掣我會關呀, 因為我唔系長期用, 我是過嚮要睇戲前15分鐘就開機
