想請問最外層是否Ground?
我見好多線都會有一條芯係隔開,請問是什麼原理?

Hi Celica,

Yes, you are correct, 外層是Ground. A number of brands use this method also. This is to isolate the noise introduced by Ground. I have tested this method not only to be theoretically correct but also very practical with great results!
