剛剛email了以下問題畀Philips, 希望早日得到佢地回覆.

A few questions / issues to report:

1. My 802.11n wireless router and BDP 9600 are only feets apart without any obstacles in between. However, BDP 9600 only shows 65Mpbs on wireless network info page. Why is that? There is no inteference whatsoever. (For your reference, my 802.11n notebook connects and shows 144Mbps at the same distance from my wireless router).

What is the maximum speed supported by BDP9600's 802.11n chip? Is the 802.11n chip inside BDP9600 crippled? Is my 9600 a faulty unit?

2. I have some MKV files with Chinese names and stored in USB thumb stick. When I browse the USB stick in BDP9600, some Chinese characters can not be displayed (only empty space shown). Example words are "趙" and "彈".

3. When playing MKV files from USB thumb stick and turning on subtitles, under unknown conditions, BDP 9600 will respond to remote control buttons. Only the Standby button can function to power off BDP 9600 when this happens.

4. Powered speakers are connected to the analog stereo audio out on BDP 9600. When playing MKV files from USB thumb stick, audio and video are out of sync. Adjusting audio delay provided by BDP 9600 has no effect whatsoever.

Please investigate and reply back. I really like BDP 9600 and hope to see continued improvement in the firmware.
