I would like to get a replacement for my blu-ray disc Gladiator (Limited Edition Steel Book) with a new remastered version.  If replacement cannot be arranged, I would like to request for a refund for the disc.

我隻係美版, email 問過 Amazon, 話無收過 Paramount 的 exchange program 消息!
不過佢都肯 refund (連郵費), 但要寄番隻碟返去!

Thank you for your e-mail. We would like to thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding Gladiator blu-ray.
Universal Pictures UK has been pleased with the success of Gladiator on Blu-ray, which has resulted in a high level of customer satisfaction.  However, whilst there was no technical fault on the original Blu-ray master, a small number of enthusiasts have expressed a preference towards slight technical alterations. After careful consideration, we have revisited the mastering process to address those concerns.

If you wish to exchange your original UK purchased DVNR (digital video noise reduction) feature disc we ask that you send us just your disc 1 in an envelope with your name and address enclosed. Please keep your original packaging and we will post you out a new disc 1.

We will post the disc 1 back to any address as long as the UK version is purchased.

I am sorry to inform you that we will be unable to create a replacement for the item as it has been placed in 2009.
However in order to remedy this issue, I have requested a refund to your payment card for "Gladiator" in the amount of 15.63 GBP. Refunds usually go through within 2 to 3 business days and you will see this amount credited on your next statement.
On the date the refund is completed, we'll send you an e-mail message confirming the date, amount and payment details. You can see completed refunds when you visit Your Account, after receiving this confirmation e-mail.

Thanks for C-hing advice. I also got refund of 14.84 GBP from Amazon UK without the need to send the defective disc back.

Just wonder why i bought at 19.99GBP at the time i bought it and now refund of 14.84GBP. Anyway, dou earn jor this time.

Later use that money to order remastered version of Gladiator.
