Oppo upgrade 后出事

No ar, Ming Sir, it can play bluray disc but would pause shortly both sound and picture stop for 1/2 a second then resume, 4-5 times in 30 mins. It is quite annoying.

你 upgrade 後出事既意思係 Firmware 定 Hardward? 如果係 6 月 1 日個次升級 Hardware 問題，你可以立即打比 Oppo 職員既香港電話，佢地今日仲係香港，但再遲的話佢就返上去。到時搞唔掂又要等佢地工程人員再派人落黎!

Any Ching has this problem ? Upgrade 后 play bluray 碟間中停頓both 聲and 畫，如何解究? Help ! ...

重慮換機,不過部機會Update去現問題,將來好大擭

Hi Rictsang,

Please update me when you talk to OPPO, I just played bur-ray a time after upgrade, also saw the your said problem just. so worry now!

Oh, I have not really tried watching blu-ray after the up-grade.  Just inserted a blu-ray for a while and stopped it when seeing that it worked. Let me play the blu-ray tonight to see if I have the same problem. Thanks for sharing your problem here.

I phoned Oppo this evening and the guy ask me to try to downgrade the firmware and also wait for their reply in one or two days. I decided not to downgrade the firmware, I would rather look for an upgrade of firmware instead. Now I am playing bluray disc and watch it closely, it pause once in 20 minutes and what is strange is that the tv seems to lose contact with the player through hdmi as it said no signal detected when I stopped the player and change disc. It never happens before.

Still trust their service but just being annoyed by the problem. Don't worry if you want to buy it. I think they are responsible and trustworthy.

Also now you can buy oppo 83 / 80 through Sing Yiu Chuen Yam in Hong Kong. They said it is their distributor in Hong Kong.

Seems to me that there is some problem with the hdmi interface as I have mentioned it had connectivity problems with tv which did not occur before. (no signal detected but I am sure I have switched the player on and switch to the right hdmi channel.)
