Sorry ... not cable splitter .... it a headphone splitter amp.
A device that does amplification for  4 headphones  . Eddie uses it to run in cable .

U can have a look at eddies ve8 post about run in for the ve8. He use to run in his ve8 in quiet loud volume and high gain with his dap. That will open up the sound of the ve8 more quicker . I did the same and sounds open up quiet quickly after few nights run in for me. If you are worried about been too loud and damage it. You can run it just a little louder than your listening volume.

I have been using oc Montana 6wire and effect ve8 送的線for a while now. I sold my Montana and just using the effect ve8 cable mainly.
I have been out trying different cables for my ve8 for a while. It’s not been easy for me to find the perfect cable. Plus I don’t have that much money to spend to buy few good cable for it.

Gw should pair with ve8 very well. U should wait for ve8 to run in and enjoy the gw.

But I would suggest you to try out this bw22v2 Cm cable version. I think it pairs with the ve8 really well. The details and  resolution can compare to m17 , even the sound stage if not better but maybe just as wide . Vocal is very good. I’m loving it so far even it’s not run in yet. You will be surprise when u hear it.

Yea I know.... I’m just going to run in one cable with it so I think should be fine.

Nice to hear that, looking forward to ching's review with VE8 combo more coming....

BTW, this cable need more patient to run-in. It is better to run-in on all treble, mid and bass band alternately to be more balance sound.

Do you think is good if I use this cd to run in the cable ?
It uses real music instrument for all tracks to run in treble , mids and bass . Or should I just use normal music ?
