Today i recevied my bluray band of brother from amazon.co.uk but i noticed that the steekbook case was crashed after i opened the paper cover. If i want to return it to amazon and exchange a fine one, what should i do?

DEAD ON ARRIVEAL 係外國來計,一般做法 RETURN FEE 由 Seller 負責,你寄番比佢的成本大過佢送比你,所以通常都算數叫你唔駛寄多!

有次訂套法版徐克3 DVD set番嚟, 其中有一套戲封面正碓但內容錯, 想淨係換一隻, 佢地就ship咗成套番嚟; 另一次英版Dark Crystal盒裂, 佢唔駛睇相就ship隻新碟嚟, 兩次我都唔駛寄碟過去DE / UK.

Comments:I am your customer and i placed an order of Band of Brothers(Blu-Ray) on 19/11/2009. It was delivered to me on 24/11/2009. When i opened the package, i noticed that the steelbook case was damaged. So, how can i return this one and get back a fine one? And i am from Hong Kong and there is no amazon service centre.
