Thats simple, don't go for Hugo if you are planning for Liquid Gold.  I do not see any relationship between Abyss and Hugo at all, Abyss is the one of the most demanding can in desktop environment, and Hugo is aimed at heavy duty portable and light deskfi application.  

I better stop here as we are detour from portable CM to big planar, we can continue DAC/Amp discussion for planar on a different thread.

Um...i already owned hugo for nearly 2 years which means i need to buy another dac to match with liquid gold. But i have a try of this combo before....quite nice setup

Well, you should aware that you are only hear HALF the Liquid Gold when you feed RCA into the amplifier, that's why I recommend a decent full balanced DAC to pair with Liquid Gold instead.  I am not saying Hugo is not good, I recommend Liquid Glass which is almost double the price of Hugo, I merely mean Hugo and Liquid Gold lack synergy when put into the same system.

Noted with thanks....liquid gold is vivid and with synergy....for LG will have a try later....

Let's back to ciem here...i tried Legend R yesterday resolutions is as strong as 5wayu but.....

Legend R have 7 crossover very difficult to maintain the consistency...but still quite good....it is crazy on the seperations and resolutions....It is focus on the treble side more so bass is not very deep comparatively. Characteristics and tuning is different to 5way
