yes put the sound deadening inside the door probably the best solution.  if you can have a new door frame, you can have wider rubber seal to seal the door too.

if you have time, take some time to reclaimation street to visit those shops selling those sound deadening.  there is a "kin choi shockproof material" (http://www.kinchoi.com.hk/big5/aboutus.php) who has quite a lot of sound deadening material and some samples for demonstration.  "hings rubber products" is also another shop selling some sound proofing materials but i found them not too professional.

if i have the money for a bigger home, sound deadening between rooms and ceiling and floor and of course the main door are needed.

要走火足就大件事啦，要裝番套BB仔鍳察器，臨訓前開番個制將個廳啲聲傳番入房咁至安全㗎。爆機時隔音，訓覺時收音。

如果你只係中等聲浪，隔音門條一定有用，
一百、幾拾貨仔，話俾你聽完全搞掂，你
都唔好信！低成本，有效益，算啦。

多謝師兄加分～
如果你有走廊位加門，再加門边膠條，同時每間
房門都咁做，隔音已經相當好。
但膠條有厚薄、单雙條之分，要量度清楚門隙空位
唔好貪心買太厚膠條，否則無法関門，門下有空隙
的話都要加防麈擋。
