2 yrs ago I bought Mirage subwoofer, the 保養咭 card was missing, when I called and asked, sales said forgot to put back, but it was supposed to be new (unopened).

I also bought a QUAD L-ite Centre speaker, sales took out a "new" and "last" one from box to let me test, and gave a free SFH speaker cable to hard-sell. When I got home, I look carefully and found a minor scratch on Kevlar cone!! Should be a display before!!
