1. Experience points:
The difficulty is tuned so that while it ramps up with each additional player you add, your combined power is faster at killing enemies than if you were to play alone.
Playing co-op means more monsters killed in less time, which means you're getting more chances at loot drops for time invested. As the game is largely based on hunting for loot and maximizing efficiency, it's a significant bonus. We don't foresee the need to incentivize co-op in any additional ways for the time being.
Faster killing speed means more drops, more drops means more power or money. Since the goal of the game essentially boils down to either power or wealth, or both, the advantage (in our opinion) is pretty clear and doesn't need any additional incentive.
Very curious to hear continued thoughts, though.

2. Looting:
There are essentially 5 phases for dropped loot.
Phases 1-4 are loot dropped from monsters.  Each player will only be able to see and interact with loot dropped from monsters in their own phase.  ie each person gets their own loot no one else can steal.  And monsters drop loot for all 4 players each in their own phase.  But the loot dropped for each phase will be different.

Phase 5 is when you drop loot from your inventory onto the ground.  Everyone can see that and interact with it.  Since that only happens after you picked up loot from monsters into your inventory then dropped them back to the ground it's not an issue.  Just watch what you put back on the ground and all good.

咁就唔洗爭餐死喇~ 正!  但係ONLINE MULTIPLAYER d人攞到d 勁weapons, 但唔啱class用, 都唔會比出黎而比个Blacksmith將拆解變做materials... 真係除非同friend玩, 唔自私, 有好易益自己友, 咁先正!!
