P.S. 想Rip碟Rip得最好，除左用EAC，CD Driver 都係好重要既一個部分，Plextor Premium 2 係全世界公認最好既CD-R Driver，可惜就停左產，而家既Plextor 出品都係由 Lite-On 代工，所以有師兄搵到呢個CD-R Driver 就最好，冇既話用住 Plextor / Lite-On / Sony / etc 既其他品質好既CD-R Driver 都好。

ABSOLUTELY NOT...Remember: you are trying to read a bunch of 0s and 1s on the CDs, either you can read the 0s and 1s accurately or you can't.And even when there are errors along the way, the software/ CD drive you use shouldn't significantly affect the "聲底"...
Having said that, if you have a bunch of older CDs, you might need a better CD drive to read them properly.(CDs actually deteriorate faster than most people think, if you don't store them properly...)
And a few things you may consider:
1. Calibrate your CD drive
2. Use services like AccuRIP to make sure the files are accurate...
3. House the CD drive outside of your PC to avoid vibration, etc.

其實我用Notebook EAC/Wav rip碟以分析力都微勝我用開那部30K級別CD機只係味道唔同左或者做叫輸少少，可能我部DS player内部升頻
所以而家連CDP都賣埋

ching, when you rip CDs by EAC/WAV , i have follow the before setting in p.1 , is ok,but i heart some people say that has other sofeware can rip CDs much more directly and better while use EAC..... did it have?? or not? or just for Footbar..????

其實理論上升頻不能把音效回復因之前降頻而損失的細節，升頻只是把目前的取樣點增加。
但 Weiss Saracon 這類的專業升頻軟件為什麼會受HiFiTrack採用呢?
其實升頻時有個parameter叫做filter，你可以根據音樂本身的特性，設定適當的filter，在升頻時改變音效效果，聽起來會好一點，但其實嚴格上這也是Loss的一種，只不過Loss左既野就比較少，換取音樂多一點的好聽，但非回復因之前降頻而損失的細節。
所以不升頻才是最原音的選擇，升頻則是一種口味的選擇。
