本人係2月中時係德國Amazon訂咗十幾隻Steelbook,今日收到有差唔多三分一都比人掟壞咗,仲要係最貴果幾隻,好傷心
有無師兄可以話比我聽點做, 萬分感謝

第一次係度訂野就攪成咁 應該可以退貨.........咁大鑊{:6_209:} 應該可以退貨.........咁大鑊

Press "Return" (something like Artikel zuruckschicken) button inside in the order. Tick the items you want to return and select reason (beim versand beschadigt) and input your reason (compulsory) . Press Continue (Weiter). Select refund (Erstattung) or replacement (Ersatz). Press Continue. Then print out the return form and send back the items...

呢啲就係遠洋Online買嘢風險，貨品價平郵費貴，有Return等於零。
