本人係2月中時係德國Amazon訂咗十幾隻Steelbook,今日收到有差唔多三分一都比人掟壞咗,仲要係最貴果幾隻,好傷心

有無師兄可以話比我聽點做, 萬分感謝
好慘呀

德鐵掟壞非常平常，無事先係例外

Can login and check back the order. Press "Return" (something like Artikel zuruckschicken) button inside in the order. Tick the items you want to return and select reason (beim versand beschadigt) and input your reason (compulsory) . Press Continue (Weiter). Select refund (Erstattung) or replacement (Ersatz). Press Continue. Then print out the return form and send back the items...

Always in danger of buying SB from not only amazon but also any other online stores....

呢啲就係遠洋Online買嘢風險，貨品價平郵費貴，有Return等於零。
