Updated: Amazon再覆, 話可以keep 套舊碟, 照做replacement. 內容字眼都係同ching post過既一樣, 話寄返去既cost貴.(好似得幾份稿咁){:6_136:}

多謝你的範例帖,我11日之前就sent咗EMAIL俾個manufacturer,之後完全唔記得有呢回事. 頭先睇到呢個post先醒起.即時聯係amazon,啱啱佢地sent email俾我話已經準備寄1 set俾我,順便 upgrade埋個shipping method,不過我估冇2,3個禮拜我都唔會收到. 原來果set唔使寄翻俾佢地.

您一定是很晚才跟亞馬遜確認
我一收到通知信的當天就寫信給製造商
隔天就反映給亞馬遜~亞馬遜叫我等兩個工作天
等完兩個工作天之後~亞馬遜說還在處理~請我再等兩天
過了兩天之後~我就再寫信給亞馬遜~他才說要幫我申請退費
隔天就收到退費通知了
