The external harddisk should be 3.5" not 2.5", and it is a must to put on a power supply otherwise it doesn't work since the power fm USB is not sufficient.

My NOW HD decoder was upgraded 2 days ago. Whenever I try to 預錄節目, there is an error message " it conflicts with your existing 預錄節目, but there is no 預錄節目in the program list. But there is no problem on instant recording. I contact hotline & they replace another decorder for me but the problem still exists. Have you encountered any problem of 預錄節目? Thx!

Have you set any regular recording on "everyday" basis ?To check you can go to the "playback of recorded program", then go to the last page, if you have set any everyday recording it will be showed here.
