The external harddisk should be 3.5" not 2.5", and it is a must to put on a power supply otherwise it doesn't work since the power fm USB is not sufficient.

My NOW HD decoder was upgraded 2 days ago. Whenever I try to 預錄節目, there is an error message " it conflicts with your existing 預錄節目, but there is no 預錄節目in the program list. But there is no problem on instant recording. I contact hotline & they replace another decorder for me but the problem still exists. Have you encountered any problem of 預錄節目? Thx!

Have you set any regular recording on "everyday" basis ?  To check you can go to the "playback of recorded program", then go to the last page, if you have set any everyday recording it will be showed here.
