一撻撻 is a different issue.It can be caused by two things:
1. Poor color gradation (banding)
2. Highly compressed JPEG artifact due to the need to reduce the size of firmware, i.e. the problem shows up in these menus only, not in actual TV or video.
(3. To further complicate the matter, the known poor uniformity also degrades the overall video quality)
Since 1 cannot be determined if 2 is true, one MUST use a test pattern (example below), and must not conclude anything based on the built-in firmware menus.
