愚見 SALES 要吃飯 . .. 當年我買428 or pan 1080p 時係 TST avl , 個 SALES 2話不說叫我買 428 重用手 (亨)個面板 (亨 . . . 亨聲). 其實我心都係428睇下佢點 sales 反正質量有事我都係信 (行).
well, when the price drop and margin drop, you can't expect too good services la.At least they won't give you free HDMI / Cleaning kit / Power bar now after the price dropped.When i purchased my baby, the sales offered me 2 weeks of checking period and will guarantee exchange if i am not satisfied on any area and i am allowed to go to their warehouse to choose the perfect one.
Normally, exchange of Panel is easier if done by the shop and if they give you another one in their existing stock.In the case of x2, if the stock is directly delivered by Pioneer, then they may push back the exchnage to Pioneer's policy and let them deal with you, which will be very painful.

I think it will be a horrible news for all existing Pioneer's owners if it's true {:6_200:}
Even in your own case,what would you do if one or two dead pixels pop up after the first 2 weeks, you still have to deal with Pioneer HK ultimately !!! {:6_130:}

i did exchange for another one because there was a stucked pixel at the left corner appeared after 5 days of usage.you have to live with the panel if the dead pixel appeared after the testing period, i am sure Pioneer/Panasonic/Hitachi/Sony/LG/Samsung etc. will not exchange for you.
