Agree, and I guess that makes the key difference. Although technically, optical filber is better for signal transmission, but realistically, in lots of cases, sound quality through optical filber is always the worse, compare to other connection types.

S/PDIF 和TOSLINK 的解說完全不對！

S/PDIF 是 protocol，TOSLINK （optical fibre）／RCA （coaxial）都是指接口的一種！

BNC 接頭的 Coaxial Cable 是AES3 protocol 的unbalanced 的標準。

RCA 的同軸線，只要是75 Ω標準就沒可能會比TOSLINK差。

75 Ω的RCA 同軸線並不難取得，VIDEO用的RCA線就是75 Ω標準了。

有時音響的東西變得神話化，就是因為這樣引用和誤傳。
