我水貨嚟，無得點樣投訴，佢有權唔收我機，但係我問左佢會整先拎部機上去，點知佢咁玩走我，我諗消費者委員會都無辦法喇！

我之前都講自己買水機應該承受風險，但係JVC呢批機真係本身有內在毛病如鎖機（我試過4至5次）燈泡極速死亡等等，結果要用戶自己埋單加搬搬抬抬！

Hello Leung,

If the unit is in need of a new bulb, MACK would not be responsible for the cost of the replacement bulb or the service fee. The bulb replacement is not covered under the warranty you have purchased. We offer a separate bulb replacement warranty which allows the customer two bulb replacements within the 3 years. That warranty also does not cover service fees.

  4皮幾野，1.5年玩完！ 67千蚊應該可以救番醒佢！(應該搾wo，如果底板有事就更加多錢)  但係。。。下次又黎咪PK？ 我睇番AVS好多人咁死，拎左番廠唔知有無換燈泡以外PARTS，話係燈泡引起，咁先慘，睇唔通個值搏率！

請問有無人收壞機?? 收到幾多錢呢??

I believe that it's clear from a lot of the postings lately that JVC has finally figured out that they have a serious problem with these new projectors and that they had better address the matter. Having to spend close to $500/year on a new bulb is not what I signed up for. Those who use it more are looking at $1,000/yr. It doesn't make sense for JVC to continue with this exposure.

It will take us at least six more months of reports on this and the use thread before we find out if the -003 bulb modification has solved the problem. We can only hope.
