聲畫唔同步 is mainly due to the time delay caused by various processing of the video signal, e.g. de-interlacing, up-scaling, noise reduction, frame interpolation (such as Sony's Motionflow), etc. before the image is output to the display. This processing can occur in all the equipment in the signal chain, e.g. blu-ray player, AV Amp, and TV/projector, depending on your equipment's setting.
DO NOT change the HDMI cable because this is not the cause of the problem. Try to adjust the audio delay in your AV Amp to sync the audio with video. Since the time delay is related to the amount of processing the video, it is possible that blu-ray movie output as 1080p24 requires a different amount of time to process the video signal than blu-ray concerts output as, for example, 1080i (50 or 60 Hz). There is no auto solution to address such difference of time delay unless the equipment (e.g. AV Amp & the TV) both support HDMI Auto Lip Sync.
