I am using it for over 6 weeks from now, I agree it is a bit over priced. Besides that, I am very happy with the TV so far.

Picture quality wise - it is good. I chose the movie mode, it is not as bright and sharp as SONY, but I kinda like this soft feel more. Have to be careful about adjusting the backlight, it changes the whole color theme. May need some time to get the best color I want.

Sound wise - SHUT that SRS thing off, it makes the sound worse, at least I think it is worse than standard.

Gadgets - I love the Bluetooth 3D glasses(the expensive pairs), a lot lighter and fit nicely with my perscription glasses. Too bad I have to mail order the wireless chargers from US as it is not available in HK.

Software - I can watch the shows I stored on my NAS through DLNA. It even supports subtitled MKV format. The web browser... I doubt I will use more than 2 times. Facebook ... for some unknown reason, some of my friends were missing on that list (Samsung can't figure out why). Other apps, I haven't fully tried them out yet.

Lately, Samsung even have a 3D apps to view 3D movie trailers, some Korean 3D music videos, kids 3D show, some 3D documentaries (24-44 min), which I think it is a good idea. Reminds me of what SONY does for PS3, hope these trailers and 3D stuff stays longer.

As for CON - flickering, same as all the active 3D glasses, it is very bad during the day time but not bad at all during the night (I am using LED lights only). I only used the 3D glasses on 3D Blu Ray movies and the 3D traillers/documentaries Samsung provided. I don't mind watching those at night only or have the curtains all the way down.
