Try to demo both, they are both excellent AV receivers.

本人都係新手, 當期時就選了2067, 鍾意佢多d 不同的睇戲o既effect(DSP), 感覺好似多d嘢玩, 開心d

Yeah, they are both really good. If they are that similar to you, I'd choose based upon functionality.

Do you plan to use FH now or later? Do you like playing with different DSP settings (Adventure/Sports/Hall/whatever)? And do you want good iPod/iPhone connectivity?

2067 only has 7 ch amp, so it is either 7.1 or 5.1+presence without an external 2ch amp. If you want 7.1 now and add FH later on without sacrificing your surround back channels, the 2067 is the way to go as I believe 73 can only do one of FH/SB while 2067 can do both at same time (w/ external amp). Not absolutely sure though, so please correct me if I am wrong.

2067 has many Cinema DSP mode to choose from. 73 has something similar but they are not that good and Yamaha is better at this.

73 comes with a USB cables for iPod connectivity while you need to pay for the dock with 2067.
