I have shm-cd copy which is extremely outstanding
but I don't have the new K2HD to compare.
I guess XRCD is out-dated and K2HD or shm-cd will certainly win XRCD !

You cannot tell the difference unless you have both of them to compare.
The original mastering is already very good.  I trust either shm-cd or K2HD (which had done re-mastering too) can't go wrong !

    C-hing, by the way, how's the performance of Lx-83 playing audio CD ?

83 is the best AV amp for CD playing under $20k which also better than 5008.
