Philips 9500 Blu-ray player report problem

C-Hing,
  Any one experiencing the same problem I am having with the player.

- Everytime I boot up the player on the first trial, it will turn on and stay at the logo "Philips" and not respond at all, and I need to turn off the player and turn on again to boot up the player.......

So far I can get it start up at the 2nd time turn on all the time, should I take it to the hospital ????? I sold my damn PS3 for this player !!!! ...
