It does appear that something may have gone awry with the delivery of your order #xxx - the package should have reached you by now. I have placed a new order #yyy for the same item to be sent to the same delivery address:

Under "Orders" click the "Your Orders" button, and sign in with your e-mail address and password. You will then be able to view a delivery estimate below the heading "Items Not Yet Dispatched". Simply click on the name of the item below the delivery estimate to view the current availability time. If the original package should arrive before the replacement has been dispatched, please cancel your replacement order via the "Cancel item" button beside your order information in Your Account.

If the original package should arrive afterwards, please keep the item/s with our compliments, as the cost of return of the package is prohibitively expensive in this case. Perhaps you would like to donate it to a charity in your area if you feel it would be appropriate to do so.
