actually I own one oppo83 but dont know how's the performance of 9500!..."

I used to be a OPPO BDP-83 user, its Video performance is excellent, but for music playback,it is just so so.  But it would be another story, and you will be astonished by its sky-high difference after you upgrade it to 83SE (for analog 2-channel RCA playback) !
