Oh, no. That should not be acceptable. So irresponsible, just send parts to customers. How about if I don't know how to fix it ? I think I should think about some other machines rather other emotiva. We are not in US, any problems happen could be very troublesome !
Thats exactly my case, I am not confident enough to change the led parts so I just switched the lights and luckily the channels are still working! In fact, maybe my equipments are not good enough so there was improvement but not as much as expected .
