like i said above, it's very common that when send by registered mail from country A --> country B, country B never, i mean NEVER, bother updating the tracking status at all!! So the only 'latest' status u can see is like "your shipment was despatched from country A on xx Oct 2010 at xx:xx" and then u never see any more update, even after you have received the package. So you don't need to worry too much.
Btw, if your package was sent on 5/10 from UK, i guess it still hasn't (or just) arrive HK airport for sorting. Other c hing here said it took about 1 week from 'order' to 'receive'.

Btw, same as smartchoi ching, the status there is only shown "delivery on 28 sept and something". no more. And, up to today 7 Oct, I am just seeing the postman leaving my office while nth to me....

I have just checked the Royal Mail website, it states that packets sent to Hong Kong take from 5 working days to be received. Hopefully the order will be with you this week.

agreed. Alternatively, it is really a good way to use DHL rather than Royal Mail. I placed an order for the BJC from the company website. I did check a very-updated status via the DHL website, I was told every step, every status of the product.
However, of course you need to bear a higher shipping cost.
