1) How big is your listening area? If smaller than 200 sq. feet, 1 sub is more than enough. If 2 subs., there will be a LOT of booming, will worsen the bass quality, be careful. Bass quality is much much more important than bass quantity.
2) If your listening area is not small, 2 subs. are OK, however, you need to place them carefully. Try to place them farther.
3) What I am wondering is that your 2 subs. are of different sizes and brands, what will be the result?
4) My listening area is 200 sq. feet only, I have 1 10'' sub. only. The bass is already more than enough, I cant imagine what will happen if I play 7.2. My neighbours will kill me.
The two sub are same brand. I am planning to have 2 sub or 3 or 4 subs too. Same brand same model. I will try my best to find a solution so the ppl around my flat wont say anything haha.
