語音指令在現今電話不是新鮮事,實用與否真的見人見致。Google 推出了 Voice Actions for Android，只要講出指令就可以控制電話 send SMS、聽歌、打給某某、電郵、去某個網址等，當然還有最耍家的 Voice Search 。這些語音指令預裝在 Android 2.2 (Froyo) 上，即將推出的 Droid 2 亦會預裝。而其他 2.2 手機用家可在 Market 中找到。

以下是語音指令的語法:

* send text to [contact] [message]
* listen to [artist/song/album]
* call [business]
* call [contact]
* send email to [contact] [message]
* go to [website]
* note to self [note]
* navigate to [location/business name]
* directions to [location/business name]
* map of [location]
