Actually 义 sounds better than 蕉. This is because of the surface area & contact area of the 义 plug.

The only reason for 變蕉 is because the Pioneer 1019 only accepts 蕉.

Good observation! Ideally adding "soldering between each cable wire and the 蕉 hole" will provide a more solid performance. However, due to the limitation of the small tip of my soldering iron, I was unable to do so.

The blue cable is VDH Ultimate HDMI cable. The power cord is the one that is on the far right (which looks like a water pipe). That pc cost less than $100 to make (including plugs). It can KO more costly pc out there.
