故事簡介：
旅館東主諾文貝斯 (Anthony Parking飾)，在旅館發生一些不可思議的事。這旅館是不能讓旅客住得安靜。過中經歷亦沒有人比瑪莉安 (Janet Leigh 飾) 更清楚，她的生命就在淋浴中斷送。此案引起偵探的懷疑，跟著莉安妹妹 (Vera Miles 飾) 的擔心，並揭發這宗恐怖驚慄的殺人案。
