For US Plug shuold be yes since they have same model for both Plug and IEC.

For UK Plug, they seldom have same brand for both UK Plug and IEC Plug (except Furukawa and Supra), so, mix & match may be require. but IEC material should be more important than the Plug. IEC may consider Oyaide also since the cable were made by Oyaide.
