世事無常, 原本今日收Amazon UK包裹, 打開少咗隻Avattar steelbook BR 失咗, 唔知跌咗定被鼠咗. 訂咁多次, 第一次寄失.
半個鐘收到回音, 証實同隻諜無緣 -

I'm sorry to hear that " Avatar: Limited Edition Steelbook with 4 Lenticular Artcards and An Activist Survival Guide to Pandora [Blu-ray]" is missing from the parcel.

I can certainly understand that this was not what you expected when you placed your order and I realise that you have been counting on us to deliver your order promptly during this important time and that on this occasion we have fallen short.

Normally, in this situation, I would create a replacement order for the missing item right away, to be dispatched to you as soon as possible at no additional charge.  

Unfortunately, at the moment, "Avatar: Limited Edition Steelbook with 4 Lenticular Artcards and An Activist Survival Guide to Pandora [Blu-ray]" is unavailable from our suppliers and we can’t send a replacement. However, we will be happy to issue a full refund for this order.  

Although the item might be available on our website from third party sellers, we are unable to source items from them but you can decide to place a new order if you wish so.

I've requested a refund of 23.08 GBP to your payment card. This refund should go through within the next few days and will appear as a credit on your next card statement.

隔嚟網友至"甘", 佢個friend經USPS寄iPAD來港, 俾人掉咗包做(HDMI switch?), USPS上限賠US $100 :
