add Int amp 問題......

Dear Brothers,
I am thinking about adding a int amp to my onkyo TX SR805 to push pair of my B&W 685 front speaker. below is my choice for int amp.
1- Luxman L505U
2- Rocksan K2 int amp
3- Marantz PM-11S2
using the AV bypass function:
1 Question:When watching movie I will be BD ---> AV Amp ---> Pre-amp ---> Int amp--> L/R front speakers, will there be sound delay for the front L/R speakers when watching movie and not match with rest of the channels? (Center and surrond )
2 Question: which int amp will be more suitable for movies ?

pre-amp to av amp < duplicate setup?

1. no delay issue
sound matching concern maybe on the center channel (power supply from int amp to L/R should be much more than av amp to center)

2. as int amp is mainly for music, just select a nice one to match with ur L/R is ok

Hey hold on

You've got a Pre amp, haven't you? What is it used for ?

If you want to keep the Pre amp, you make sure it does have the "ByPass" selection. Otherwise just leave it.

If your Pre amp does have the "ByPass" selection and you want to keep it, then you should buy a stereo power amp instead.

It's no way to have a gear like what you described. AV Amp to Pre Amp to Integrated Amp to Front spks.

plan to setup
Onkyo TX SR805 -> RCA L/R Preout --> Int amp (Av bypass) ---> Front L/R B&W 685 speakers
