2012 年 BMW 新 3-Series 報到 ... (轉載)

當 Mercedes-Benz 已經表明了會在 2014 年發表全新 C-Class，那麼 BMW (寶馬) 可沒有時間放慢腳步，尤其當中型房車 5-Series 的產品更換時程遠比對手慢了一年之後，在中小型車區塊 BMW 可沒打算再次落後，因此最快在 2 年後我們就會看見全新 3-Series 登場！

據了解，BMW 內部已經規劃好會在 2012 年第 3 季發表全新 3-Series，而相較於現行車款而言，新 3-Series 車室空間會因軸具的拉長而顯得更寬敞，但由於車身多處鈑件將改採鋁合金材質，因此新 3-Series 反而會比現行車款還輕。此外，除了現行的 4 款車型Sedan (4 門轎車)、Touring (5 門旅行車)、Coupe (雙門轎跑車) 與 Convertible (敞蓬車) 之外，新 3-Series 也將增加如 5-Sereis GT 般的 3-Series GT 車型，不過 3-Series GT 將以雙門掀背形式呈現。



另外，原本在 2007 年改為硬頂設計的 3-Series Convertible 車款，有相當大的可能在新一代 3-Series Convertible 之上改回軟蓬設計，畢竟硬頂結構在重量上將對車輛加速、操控造成較顯著的影響，因此 BMW 正在評估新 3-Series Convertible 改採軟蓬設計的可能。

而在動力系統方面，未來全新 3-Series 上市後將全面搭載 4 缸引擎，而非現行 3-Series 車系車款所搭載的直 6 引擎，全新的 4 缸引擎最快在明年就會出現在大改款的 1-Series 之上；另一方面，相當受到大家矚目的下一代 3，則有可能改搭雙渦輪 V6 引擎 (現行 M3 為 V8 引擎)，同時 BMW 也在評估推出油電混合 M3 的可能性。

That's a great new as I am waiting for the next new BMW3 for several years. I feel the outlook of current E90 is no so good but this new one is my cup of tea.
