修理喇叭問題

想請教各位師兄，如果家中座地喇叭邊有老化或者開始脆弱,應該揾代理定揾修理喇叭師父?因為咁大舊嘢好難拎,就算代理上門取都又係時間同麻煩,大家有此經驗可以分享嗎？謝謝

幾年前幫自己對Infinity RS4/B 座地Woofer 換surround foam所做筆記，可作參考。

surround foam 係香港鴨記，或者深圳電子城有賣。

我嘅 woofer cone 係  Polyproplyene, 所以用 expoxy來黐，其他材質可以用萬能膠(黐鞋嗰種)。

Replacing Speaker Foam Surround for Infinity 902 5030 Speaker (8” with Polypropylene Cone) for Infinity RS/4B

1.        Remove the foam gaskets (2 circular halves) from the inner flange of the speaker's steel circular frame with scalpel/cutting knife.
2.        Remove the rotted foam surround on the cone's outer circumference and the inner flange of speaker's circular steel frame with scalpel/cutting knife.
3.        Moisturize the rotted foam residues with turpentine (or any other solvent), use scalpel/cutting knife to scrape and remove all of them from the foam gaskets, the cone's outer circumference, and the inner flange of the speaker's circular steel frame.
4.        Use paper towel moisten with turpentine to completely clean the surfaces of the foam gaskets, the cone's outer circumference, and the inner flange of the speaker's steel circular frame where the rotted foam used to sit.
5.        Let the turpentine on the surfaces dries off for half an hour.
6.        Place the new foam surround onto the cone and center it within the speaker's circular steel frame, measure the amount of overlap between the foam surround's inner circumference and the cone's outer circumference.
7.        Check centering of the cone by pressing down the cone vertically and gently with both the left and right thumbs, and make sure there is no rubbing between the voice coil and the central pole.
8.        Remove the foam surround.
9.        Use an ice-block stick, with a square tip cut to 4mm wide, to apply a 4mm-5mm wide glue line of slow curing epoxy glue on the cone's outer circumference. Smooth and thin out the glue line with the square tip.
10.        Place the foam surround onto the cone carefully, center it by checking the gap between the outer circumference of the foam surround and the inner circumference of the speaker's circular steel frame.
11.        Use finger to press down 4 diagonally across spots on the inner circumference of the foam surround onto the glue line. Check the centering of the foam surround by judging the gap between its outer circumference and the speaker's circular steel frame.
12.        Use finger, press down the whole length of the foam surround's inner circumference onto the glue line. Use one finger of the other hand to support the underside of the cone.
13.        Use the square tip of the ice-block stick to scrape off excessive glue along the inner circumference of the foam surround.
14.        Check centering of the cone again.
15.        Use an ice-block stick to press the inner and outer edges, and the center part of the inner circumference of the foam surround onto the glue line. Use one finger of the other hand to support the underside of the cone.
16.        Check the underside of the cone's outer circumference and make sure there is a continuous dark glued circle between the cone and the foam surround.
17.        Let the glued line set past its curing time (12 hours for the Araldite slow curing epoxy used).
18.        Check the centering of the cone again.
19.        Lift up the outer circumference of the foam surround a bit; apply a glue line of water base acrylic glue onto the inner flange of the speaker's steel circular frame.
20.        Use finger to press down 4 diagonally across spots on the outer circumference of the foam surround onto the glue line, and check the centering of the foam surround's outer circumference against the speaker's circular steel frame by judging the gap in between.
21.        Use 2 fingers, one above the outer circumference of the foam surround, and the other one under the inner flange of the speaker's steel circular frame, squeeze the whole length of the outer circumference of the foam surround onto the glue line on the flange.
22.        Check the centering of the cone again.
23.        Apply a glue line of water base acrylic glue onto the foam surround's outer circumference, as well as on the under surfaces of the 2 foam gaskets.
24.        Place the 2 foam gaskets one by one onto the foam surround's outer circumference, flush with the speaker's steel circular frame.
25.        Use fingers, one above the foam gaskets, and the other one under the inner flange of the speaker's steel circular frame, squeeze the whole length of foam gaskets onto the glue line.
26.        Use dry cotton stick (“Cotton Bud” or “Q-tip”) to remove excessive glue on the surface between the foam gasket and the convex part of the foam surround. Use paper tissues sparingly moisten with water to remove unwanted glue on other areas.
27.        Check the centering of the cone again.
28.        Let the water based acrylic glued line set for 24 hours.
29.        Check the centering of the cone for the last time, before installing the speaker back onto its cabinet.

換邊係考手工藝，有代理就當然最好搵代理。
如果對自己手工藝唔太有信心， 對喇叭又唔太有重要價值，而且怕麻煩， 就不如買過對了。
何況現時疫情下師傅都未必想上門維修喇叭？

謝謝師兄回覆,ㄧ對二萬幾喇叭,外表好新淨,用了大概六,七年只是特然發現圓邊有D老化,所以就有此問題。

將對 Woofer 拆落來,攞去鴨記比人換膠邊，應該唔係好難!

師兄你好，你可以揾鴨記大象，不過佢吾知上吾上門，另一位師傅叫阿冲，佢係大埔，如沙田區可以上門，其他區域就要額外收費，兩個我都幫襯過，0K啦!  其次鴨記恆聲都可以接受，你問咗上面兩間先。
