Yes it CAN, but I am not interested to backup/ store and decode/playback ISO file, it's complex topic. https://audiophilestyle.com/forums/topic/14016-lumin-audiophile-network-music-player/page/25/


Ripping files is not my "first choice" of digital files. My own preference:

1) share DSD (.dsf, dff) files amongst friends;
2) buy DSD files in website like Acoustic Sounds (US only, use VPN)

3) rip pre-owned CD (.wav), SACD (.dsf)
Problems for amateur like me :
- software like NERO can't embed tags of info, song names problem, especially chinese CD.
- OPPO103 SACD ripping have no tag problem, but not perfect for chinese SACD
- Use mp3tag to fix ID tag

- Higher cost investment: fanless hifi quality NAS (add an external disc drive to use as ripper); Music server with built-in ripper for DAC player/streamer;........


- Other software: EAC, foobar, dBpoweramp

我日前試過用部i5電腦rip碟，再經Oppo203接金仔480，出d聲經與CD比較，有9成效果，所以都唔洗用乜野靚機，反而部Amp好重要

Jriver就經Cat8去, 比較過, 搵個吾識野既人去盲試 , 靚既cat8線會聽得出分別
foobar通常用USB or sound卡出同軸, 但其實同軸效果會好好多

我試過分別同Jriver 同 EAC rap,  EAC 會好好多, Jriver佢可以出到CD 中文名, 但係效果不如EAC

用itunes rap 成alac老實講效果其實吾差, 都可以接受, 加上介面user friendly

我訂左個原廠10M clock 未送貨, 遲下到左再比較下

其實每一part都好重要

當然, 如果個source files源頭都吾好, let alone之後的好器材

個人認為, 最重要係先天的files

之後係 喇叭 -->解碼 ---> amp --> 線材

如果你喇叭同埋files都吾太差的話, 一般器材出來都吾會話太差

不過我自己放最後部份的線材投資, 佔整體百份都吾少

主要覺得線材一來吾會out, 而且係比機保持能力高, 一條靚喇叭線, RCA線, 同軸線, 用你幾十年無問題
所以買貴D都吾怕死, 到時吾鍾意, 放出去都吾會輸太多, 升級完部機, 一樣用得番

我最後, 用左一個最平既方法, 但係目前自我感覺最好

拎番部, 幾年前收埋左既 內置式 CD rom出來
但今次吾裝來部主機裡面, 直接放地下, 係電腦機箱入面, 拉條SATA線同電源出來
然後CD rom上放置重物固定及化震

我反而投資係喇叭身上，因為最後的發聲系統，日前先壞了10米HDMI 4K光纖線，所以唔敢投资太多，就係因为佢……傳奇800，先至入金仔
