Blue-ray player

I'm planning to buy a blue-ray player, now is using PS3 (old version), which of the following is good for 50-50 movie and music?
Philips 9500; Sony S765 or Cambridge 650BD?
I'm using Onkyo 7070 + Sony KDL-40x4500 LCD TV

My friend is using 7500, and I have tried a few days. Seems quite good, just thinking if 9500 worth that much? seems 5xxx? Someone said Sony TV use Sony BD??
OPPO need to order through web rite? Also need to do DVD all code ourselves, not sure if buy "Hong" goods better?

May I ask which one has a better DVD upscaling to 1080p? Which one has 24Film rate upscaling? As I only has 3 blue-ray, but a lot of DVD!
