New (current) firmware doesn't allow Region 0 patch, so;
1. Download firmware to older version, (try google "Special_firmware(V3[1].886.01)_for_V3.886.00.zip")
2. Then apply your region 0 patch (6000.zip)
3. Upgrade to latest firmware (will not affect region 0 patch)
