DTS:X technology is commonly found in most multi-channel A/V receivers on the market today. IMAX Enhanced A/V receivers must include DTS:X technology and will deliver additional features such as auto-sensing of IMAX Enhanced content. IMAX Enhanced A/V receivers feature DTS:X immersive audio decoding that is optimized for IMAX’s signature sound experience to properly reproduce the full dynamic range of IMAX theatrical sound mixes available with IMAX Enhanced content. IMAX Enhanced A/V receivers provide consumers a pre-set, IMAX Mode that will reproduce audio at the highest levels in the home from both a performance and quality standpoint. In addition, IMAX Enhanced content provides guidance on the reference volume levels that the filmmaker released originally in IMAX theatres.

Neural:X is upmixing technology (what used to be called surround processing). It will take incoming channels and scale it to the number of speakers in your set-up. In your case, if you were listening to a 2-channel source (music or old movie), Neural:X would extract centre info and surround info so that all 5 of your speakers would have content. Neural:X also extracts height info, for set-ups that have height speakers.
As explained in the previous post, Virtual:X is a height virtualization technology. Ever hear a surround virtualizer, like SRS or Spatializer? Variations of them are in many TVs and can make 2 speakers sound like (virtual) surround sound. Virtual:X does the same thing, except in the vertical direction.
Both technologies can be used together. Neural:X can scale the number of channels in the source material to the number of speakers in your layout (including surrounds and heights). But if you don't have height speakers, then Virtual:X will make height info (discrete height info from a DTS:X soundtrack or extracted height info via Neural:X) appear to come from above you. ONLY the height info gets processed by Virtual:X. All other sounds stay at ear level.
