Yamaha YSP 5600 set up

I bought a YSP5600 sound bar and set it up through the auto set up. But, I could not feel any of the Dolby Atoms effect and as well as all surround modes. Could any one help me on this? Note: My living room type is in a "Diamond" shape.

For the connection, I am using the Cambridge CXUHD for the source. And I use the Nordost heimdall 2 HDMI V2.0 for the picture and use the Audioquest Coffee HDMI for sound. As for the Sound Bar HDMI out, I use the Audioquest vodka HDMI. Any comments or tricks that I need to know to set it up correctly for surround sound? CHING please advise?

其實佢auto set up已經有85%準確surround.
