Lumin players (if playing DSD file from network, or upsample CD to DSD) can output DSD signal to SPDIF output via DoP format. However, even if a DAC supports DSD over USB, only some of them support DoP over coaxial.
Your SACD player could be converting DSD to PCM (probably 88.2kHz) and sending it to coaxial. Or it can be reading the CD-layer of the SACD disc and therefore sending 16-bit 44.1kHz.
I'm not familiar with your DAC, but typically a DAC has LED or front panel to indicate the PCM sample rate or DSD it's receiving.
